Refund Policy

All season passes that have not been used are eligible for a full refund for any reason excluding processing cost prior to December 31, 2012. After January 1, 2013 there will be no refunds for any reason.

Loss of skiing privileges policy

Any pass can be revoked without refund for a)fraud: the use or attempted use of the pass or ticket by someone other than the pass holder or misrepresenting the age of a child and b) reckless behavior: jumping of off a chair lift, skiing in an area closed because of avalanche conditions, stealing or destroying property of the ski area, the United States Forest Service or other customers.
