Covid-19

COVID-19 Information & Precautions

Updated: October 12, 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic creates new and evolving challenges for us at Discovery. We are working to keep our runs open — while at the same time keeping all of our dedicated staff and our skiers and boarders safe and healthy. Toward that end, we have been and will continue to track and follow all guidance and mandates from the federal Centers for Disease Control, the state and the county; as well as best practices across our industry.

As of now, we will be open for business once the snow is established and runs are ready.  We have a big mountain and believe that the changes we’ve planned for this 2020-21 season (outlined below) will help keep everyone healthy and on the slopes, however if we see extraordinary levels of visitation we may make the decision to stop selling lift tickets on a given day.  Season Passholders will not have any limitations on their pass usage.

Our plans may change as realities evolve. Please bookmark this page and check back prior to your visit. We’ll alert you of any changes to our plans. You can also follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

Our success in keeping our employees and skiers safe also depends on you. So please, mask up, keep your distance and enjoy the mountain; and if you’re not feeling 100% stay home and take care of yourself.

Thank you.
